China News Paris, June 6 One person was killed and 15 others injured in extreme thunderstorms that hit many parts of France from Thursday to Friday local time. French Interior Minister Jean-Yair Darmanen said Thursday that he would propose to the government that the region be declared a natural disaster.
The French meteorological agency issued an orange alert for thunderstorms in as many as 65 provinces.
